Conduction of 3rd -Party Inspections
During the Option Period, we strongly suggest you get a home
inspection performed. The inspector should be licensed by the
Texas Real Estate Commission. A home inspection is a visual
inspection of the structure and components of a home to
identify items that are not performing correctly and items that
are unsafe. These issues are then noted in a written home
inspection report that is provided to you.
This is a FEE- THE BUYER PAYS FOR, RANGING FROM $300-
800.00, this depends on the size of the home, does it have a
sprinkler system, will you have a termite inspection ( VA Loans
require this performance) Pools-We want a recommended pool
company to provide the inspection, as they are the experts in the
pool world.
It rarely happens, but even a clean inspection report is valuable
to you. It gives you the confidence of knowing the home you are
buying is a sound investment. The Primary inspection includes:
