Congratulations, Graduates!

On behalf of the J.H. Cerilles State College School of Law, I, Dean
Romylyn Regidor, extend my warmest congratulations to our graduating class.

As your new Dean, I am deeply committed to upholding the Law
School's legacy of excellence. We aim to not only maintain our position as a
leading legal institution in Zamboanga del Sur and Region IX, but to propel it to
even greater heights within the ASEAN community.

Our mission is clear: to prepare you to be exceptional lawyers and
leaders. You will be equipped to serve the entire nation, compete globally in
diverse legal fields, and contribute to a more just society. We achieve this
through a rigorous curriculum that emphasizes doctrinal foundations, legal
research and writing, practical skills training, and a strong foundation in
professional ethics.

The J.H. Cerilles State College School of Law boasts a long-standing
history of excellence in Bar examinations and LEB compliance. We are proud to
produce innovative and practice-ready lawyers who will enhance the legal
profession, champion justice, and serve the public with distinction.

As a state school, we hold a special commitment to our community. We
empower students to reach their full potential and ensure they are well-
equipped to serve the needs of the people of Zamboanga del Sur.

Today marks a significant milestone, but it is just the beginning of your
remarkable journey. Go forth with confidence, integrity, and a relentless pursuit
