As we celebrate the 25th Commencement Exercises of J.H. State College, a
profound sense of pride washes over me. Today, we witness the culmination of
years of dedication and perseverance by our graduating class, a testament to the
unwavering commitment of this institution to its mission and the unwavering
support of their families.

The theme for this momentous occasion, "JHCSC Future-ready Graduates:
The Genuine Response to the Challenges of the Industrial Revolution and
Glocalization," resonates deeply with our vision of leading public higher education
in the ASEAN community. Here at JHCSC, we equip our graduates not just with
knowledge (K), but also with the right Attitude (A), essential Skills (S), and positive
