West Carrollton: West Main and North Smith streets
Above: Judge Frank W. Nicholas and family stood on the porch of their house at the corner of West Main Street and North Smith Street during the ood. Perhaps it was the family horse that watched the oodwater rise too, standing just off the porch on elevated ground. Water along this area of West Carrollton rose to 2 feet.
