Focus group discussions with returnees
The sentiments most expressed during this consultation were on the issues of concern that contribute to and drive irregular
migration. As illustrated in Figure 10 below, lack of access to quality education and health seem to be the two most important factors
contributing to the despondency that drives irregular migration.
