Consumption problem. Once the goods and services reach the consumer, the next
question is whether to consume or discard the goods due to unaffordable prices. This
is another question that the manufacturer as the manufacturer of the product must
answer. On the other hand, as consumers we should be able to increase our income to
get the products we want.
An example of the three main problems of classical economics is the problem that producers
must consider when producing products. On the other hand, consumers are also required to
increase their purchasing power in order to absorb every product produced by producers.
3.Principal Problems of Modern Economics
The main problems of modern economics consist of three things, including what goods and
services should be produced, how to produce these goods and services, and for whom these
goods and services are produced. The following are some examples of the main problems of
modern economics that are often discussed and become a concern in economic studies:
Income and Wealth Inequality
One of the major problems in modern economics is the growing inequality between groups in
society. Some individuals or groups have enormous income and wealth, while many others
still live in poverty or economic hardship. This inequality can have a negative impact on
social stability and overall economic growth.
Unemployment
Unemployment remains a significant issue in modern economies. High levels of
unemployment can result in decreased production, lack of consumption, and general
economic instability.
Climate Change and Environment
Climate change and environmental degradation are increasingly pressing issues in the
modern economy. Unsustainable economic activity and pollution cause negative impacts on
the environment. Climate change such as global warming can affect the economy through
disruptions to the agricultural sector, rising sea levels, and other natural disasters.
4.Examples of basic economic problems
As mentioned earlier, a lack of monthly allowance is also an example of an economic problem in
everyday life. Another example is the limited natural resources that can fulfill the needs of
