 Per the University SPMS Manual, the appeal for individual performance
ratings is ten (10) days from the date of receipt of notice of their
performance evaluation. The appeal shall be addressed to the PMT. The
PMT shall decide on the appeal within 1 month from receipt. The decision of
the PMT may be appealed to the University President whose decision is
final.
