1. IFSU garnered the national award by the CSC as PRIME HR gold.
2. Dissemination for recruitment is posted in conspicuous places and
announced in radio stations.
3. Comply to CSC mandate for posting or hanging of banner of information
campaign regarding no noon break policy, anti red-tape, search for best
employee and others.
4. Recognition of Outstanding Exemplary Behaviour Award and other awards
done every Foundation Day Celebration through the PRAISE Committee.
5. Giving of cash incentive to loyalty awardees during the Founding
Anniversary.
6. Invitation of retired employees for luncheon during Campus Christmas
program and Foundation/Charter Day Celebration.
7. Reports are submitted promptly.
