13. To design and carry out programs that shall promote harmony among colleges
and offices of the university; and
14. To represent the college in appropriate offices, bodies/units, chairs faculty
meetings and causes resolution of conflicts in accordance with established
policies and sound management practices.

The Strategic Development Plan is anchored upon the Philippine Development
Plan. It is a concerted efforts of the management, faculty, and staff in cooperation
with stakeholders. This is in line with the harmonization of monitoring and reporting
system for all government agencies in accordance to the Results-Based
Performance Management System (RBSPMS). The programs, projects and
activities (PPAs) therein is under the supervisory functions of the Head of the
Administrative Unit, College Dean and Department Chair/Coordinator.

The Dean and Chairperson as faculty have very similar targets in the table of
reference provided by the Performance Management Team. The table of reference
can be downloaded in the IFSU website accessible for all employees.
