The Dean implements policies and procedures on internal operations of
the College.
It is manifested by the following: Conduct of Meetings, posting of
announcements, implementing requirements (submission of work load,
syllabus, submission of test question for review, submission of grades),
enrollment policy, conduct of field trip of students, conduct of research and
extension program/services to the community, uniform of faculty and students,
class schedule, conduct of classes, classroom management, monitoring and
evaluation of faculty, utilization of budget, and others.
