3.  OUTCOMES

                         The Academic Unit is efficiently and effectively managed as manifested
                  by the following:

                         1.  Maintenance of program offering;
                         2.  Outcomes Based Education syllabi of faculty;
                         3.  The faculty members are graduates and mixture of the different accredited
                            HEI’s giving a well blended education for the students.
                         4.  Active participation to seminars, workshop and trainings local and abroad.
                         5.  Keeping update to trends.
                         6.  Active participation to training and extension activities.
                         7.  Collaborative research with students.
                         8.  The  continuous  levelling-up  of  accreditation  of  programs  offered  in  the
                            campus.



                  4.  BEST PRACTICES

                         The following are considered best practices of the College of Agriculture
                  and Forestry:

                         1.  The Administration carefully choose and designates highly qualified faculty
                             and staff in the College.
                         2.  The  administration,  faculty  and  students  work  in  partnership  for  the
                             improvement of the program.
                         3.  Faculty members minimum qualification is Masters degree from known HEI’s
                             giving a well blended education for the students.
                         4.  Collaborative research with students.
                         5.  The  continuous  levelling-up  of  accreditation  of  programs  offered  in  the
                             campus.
