  The  functions  of  every  office  in  the  organizational  structure  is  expressly
                      stated in the IFSU Code in Chapter 3.2, pages 19 – 28, where the functions,
                      duties and responsibilities of administrative personnel in each office/unit are
                      identified  and  carried  out.  It  includes  the  scope  of  their  managerial,
                      supervisory and routinary functions.



                         The Campus Administrator serve at the discretion of, and reports directly to the
                         University President.

                         While the Campus Administrator report directly to the President, it is expected
                         that programs, projects, activities that they will submit for approval have the
                         endorsement of the Vice President who has the jurisdiction or whose function is
                         directly  related  to  the  subject  of  the  request.  Similarly,  copies  of  routine
                         communications shall be furnished the VPs concerned.
                         Service Departments (under the VPs) are led by Directors whose counterparts
                         in the Campuses are the Chairpersons

                         Campus  Administrator  shall  have  direct  supervision  of  and  administrative
                         control  over  local  campus  security,  health  offices,  local  campus  registrar,
                         librarian, administrative offices, etc.

                         At the Campus level, the Campus Director is the counterpart of the President.
                         The Campus Service Chairpersons are the counterpart of the University Service
                         Department Directors.

                         For  IFSU  Potia  Campus,  under  the  Campus  Administrator  are  the  Service
                         Department  Chairpersons  such  as  the  Chairpersons  for  Administrative
                         Services,  Planning  &  Information  Management  Services,  General  Services,
                         Infra.  &  Site  Development,  NSTP,  IGP,  PE  &  Sports,  Registrar  Services,
                         Student  Services  &  Development,  Research  &  Development  Extension  and
                         Training, Communication and Information management, Quality Assurance and
                         Library Services, and GAD Services.

                         Under academics services are the Deans of the following: College of Advance
                         Education,  College of Education, College of Agriculture and Forestry, College
                         of Business Management,  College of Computing Science, College of Criminal
                         Justice Education, and Midwifery program.

                         Under  the  College  Deans  are  Program  Chairpersons,  College  Secretary,
                         Faculty and Stakeholders who are considered to be partners in IFSUs growth &
                         Development.
