group to find ways and means of financial support (through
scholarships and grants) in their studies; and
2. To scout for possible scholarship grantors (private grantors)

1. To help promote and preserve the worthwhile cultural practices or the
Cordillera in general and Ifugao in particular

1. To support alumni plans and programs, and provide avenues for their
voices to be heard as a stakeholder of the DSSD Director
H. CAMPUS MINISTRY
Goals and Objectives
1. To provide an avenue for the spiritual needs of the students, faculty
and administrative personnel;
2. To complement the cognitive, social, emotional and physical needs of
the University population with spiritual activities for total personality
development; and
3. To strive towards an ecumenical approach in answering spiritual needs
of the University population.

A. THE UNIVERSITY REGISTRAR
Goals and Objectives
1. To maintain an updated registry of student records
2. To ensure a systematic & orderly management of student records
3. To prepare a periodic report on the statistical data as to enrolment and
academic performance of the students
4. To release grades on-line so that each student can access the grades
through individual passwords obtained upon enrolment per semester.
B. UNIVERSITY LIBRARY
Goals and Objectives
1. The library’s goal is to support the instructional, curricular, research
and extension programs of the University through an organized,
relevant and fast delivery of information services.
2. To select and acquire library materials to complement the academic
and other concerns of the University
3. To provide individual and group assistance to readers in the use of
the library.
4. To encourage reading habit of students faculty and staff by means of
current awareness services.
5. To develop competitive staff to be able to guide students and other
researchers towards lifelong education.
