The GENERAL SERVICES 0FFICE als0 serve as the repair and maintenance unit if

pr0blems arises in the lab0rat0ry.

Mr. Efren Galera from the General Services 0ffice fixing the Ceiling fans
0f the S0il Science Lab0ratory .

2. IMPLEMENTATION

In case of emergency repairs of equiptment and facilities, request will be submitted

to Engineer Ryan Tejada the Department head of the General Services Office.

Corresponding acti0n will be given from the administration later on.

Each of the lab0ratory are equipped with fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Safety measures

are also posted on the laboratory room.
