Samantha Richway
Marketing Manager
Samantha is a proactive and results-oriented professional offering a background in customer
service, property management, marketing and sales. Her career began as a Leasing
Professional in the Southeastern Pennsylvania market - and has previously held titles of
Property Manager and Marketing Manager. With nearly 10 years of on and off-site experience,
her focus has been on content management, social media marketing and SEO. She has been
involved in several large lease-ups, as well as property sales and management transitions.
Samantha has expansive knowledge in the development and execution of on-site and regional
marketing plans for up to 17 properties in various states. She has proven results in reputation
management and customer satisfaction to assist in structuring plans to generate a positive
community view.
