Executive Team
Albert Lindemann III
Managing Partner
Mr. Lindemann is a Founder and Managing Partner of FCA Management.
He is responsible for development and implementation of the firm’s
growth and investment strategies as well as sourcing specific
acquisition opportunities.
He has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He was a Senior Managing
Director in the Capital Advisors group at Faison & Associates, a Charlotte based real estate
development and investment management firm and the predecessor firm of FCA Partners. The
Capital Advisors group managed a $1 Billion discretionary separate account on behalf of a
major state pension fund. The client and the Capital Advisors team spun out in February 2014
to form FCA Partners.
He began his career with the Faison organization in the Washington, DC office in 1994 as a
Senior Associate in the Investment Sales group and held numerous positions at the firm, in
Washington and Charlotte, over a 20 year period.
In 1997 Mr. Lindemann joined the Trammell Crow Company in Charlotte, working on the
acquisition and integration of Faison’s real estate services business. He re‐joined Faison in
2000 to work on principal investment activities and capital raising strategies. In 2006 Mr.
Lindemann founded Redan Capital Partners to focus on infill retail and self‐storage
acquisitions in the southeast. The firm completed 11 successful acquisitions on behalf of
investors including the Faison family and corporation. He returned to Faison in 2011 to focus on
the expansion of the Capital Advisors business.
Mr. Lindemann is a 1984 graduate of the University of Virginia and received a Master in
Business Administration in 1988 from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, NMHC, PREA and has been an active
member of numerous other industry trade organizations. Mr. Lindemann is a trustee and past
Board Chair of Trinity Episcopal School, is the Board Chair and a member of the Board of
Directors of the child advocacy non‐profit The Relatives, and serves as a class trustee and
NCOUR member at the University of Virginia.
He resides in Charlotte with his wife Ellie and sons Thomas and Patrick.
