Share the agenda and encourage participants to come with ideas.

Set clear expectations, protocols, and guidelines:
Minimize jargon. One voice at a time.
Be mindful of the delay. Be OK with a bit of awkwardness.
Share air time.
Become aware of noise around you: Feedback, background noise. Mute when you can.
Don’t shame when another participant doesn’t respond immediately.

Be mindful of ‘housework’: Assigning note-taking, follow-up.
