EXTRACT OF ADDRESS TO THE PARADE BY
GENERAL PP KUMARAMANGALAM, DSO

Addressing the ceremonial parade in Hindi, General PP
Kumaramangalam, DSO, COAS said. “Since the last Reunion,
the Gunners have been in battle twice and in both cases they
have done well. I would particularly congratulate our newest

units on the splendid work they did. The achievement of the
Regiment has been due mainly to devotion to duty, exhibited
by all ranks. During the last few years we have undergone a

large expansion. We will have to work harder to keep up our
efficiency and I am sure you will do it”.
