In the reading hall of the library fund belonging to SAC RF
“AARI”, on 29th October 2015, the seminar of the Hydrology
Department of Rivers Estuary and Water Resources in SAC
RF “AARI” (sup. Ivanov I.I.) was held. It was called “The Pool
Principle Basics in the Safe Tourism Provision in the Arctic”
and was initiated by N.K. Kharlampieva who is the leader of
the course “The Arctic in the Contemporary Political System:
