he Arctic festival “Taymyr’s Attraction” was held on Taymyr in the city Dudinka from 7th
to 10th December. On its threshold, there were also activities devoted to Taymyr and its
indigenous peoples from 1st to 6th December. The festival included a broad spectrum of
T events: meetings, exhibitions, concerts, trainings, the round table, and the youth forum.
The administration of Taymyr Dolgano-Nenets Municipal Region (V. Y. Satskaya, T.A. Druppova, the
representatives of the Culture Department in TDNMR), and other cultural workers participated actively
in the festival organisation. Creative ensembles, performers, scientific experts, and other guests were
invited. Taymyr managed to show itself in all multiplicity, cooperating with various institutions at all
levels of the interaction: the local, interregional, and international ones.
