WALMART DEPARTMENT STORE
The Walmart project, built for Walmart, Inc., included the new construction of a 120,000
square foot retail store in Tucson, AZ. The facility functions as a national retail department
store. The new facility was constructed on a foundation of energy piles, an exterior of
masonry walls, steel structural frame, and a built-up roof. The project also featured
storefront windows and automatic doors. Due to CORE’s attention to the client’s needs
and effective scheduling, the Walmart project was completed on time and on budget.
