VALLEY VIEW SCHOOL
The Valley View School project, built for the Roosevelt Elementary School District, included the demolition and new construction of a two-story 56,420-square-foot elementary school campus located in Phoenix, AZ. The campus supports classrooms, a multipurpose cafeteria, and athletic fields. Construction of the elementary school campus consisted of a spread and stem footings foundation, a masonry and steel structural frame, an exterior of masonry, metal paneling, and a foam roof. The project also features new parking lots. The Valley View School project now provides an updated facility for elementary school students in the Roosevelt Elementary School District.
