DREXEL HEIGHTS FIRE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION FACILITY
The Drexel Heights Fire District Administration Facility project, built for Drexel Heights Fire District, included the complete demolition of the existing administration building and the construction of a new 10,000-square-foot office building in Tucson, AZ. The facility houses offices, a classroom, a boardroom, and a conference room. The office building was constructed of a concrete foundation, masonry and steel cold form exterior structural framing, steel columns, and wood truss roof framing. The building envelope consists of EFIS, CMU, metal wall panels, aluminum storefront, and TPO roofing. The Drexel Heights Fire District Administration Facility project now provides additional office space for the Fire Marshall, Fire Chief, and Fire District’s support staff.
