FRISCO FIRE STATION NO. 9 AND PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING CENTER
The Frisco Fire Station No. 9 and Public Safety Training Center project, built for the City of Frisco, included the construction of a fire station and a four-story public safety training center located in Frisco, TX. The fire station houses three vehicle bays and dorm rooms. The public safety training center supports multiple buildings and houses equipment rooms, a break room, classrooms, live fire training props, a Class A burn room, and a repelling deck. The construction included a concrete foundation, steel structural framing, masonry block walls, and masonry veneer exterior with standing seam metal and polychloride roofs. The project features a vehicle extrication area, trench rescue, confined spaces props, and an open driving pad with cityscape and concrete roadways. The Frisco Fire Station No. 9 and Public Safety Training Center project now provides an enhanced living, working, and training environment for the first responders of the City of Frisco.
