LIGHTHOUSE COMMONS
AT FLORIDA SOUTHWESTERN STATE COLLEGE
The Lighthouse Commons project at Florida Southwestern State College included the new construction of a four-story, 167,573-square-foot residential hall located on the Lee Campus in Fort Myers, FL. The facility houses 122 suite-style rooms with private bedrooms, bathrooms, shared kitchens, as well as community areas. The construction consisted of a concrete masonry wall with precast hollow core plank floors. The project features a fitness center, recreation room, study rooms, basketball and volleyball courts, barbecue grills, and a dedicated parking lot. The Lighthouse Commons at Florida Southwestern State College project offers students an on-campus community for personal development and collegiate success.
