Planning is started as the blue zone is
drop off zone which lead people toward
the reception and is provide at the
viewpoint, at same place with
differentiating the level upper level is
designed as indoor and outdoor
restaurant as it is the place of gathering
during dinner and breakfast hence it
should incorporate best view.

The common area incorporate the
spaces like :
1. Reception
2. Restaurant
3. Multipurpose hall
4. Drop off
5. Spa
6. Swimming pools
Rooms and villas are isolated from the
common area, but they are linked
through the means of connecting path

LEARNINGS FORM PLANNING AND RESEARCH PHASE

• Widely explored in different conceptual approach design of different space.
• Common space to be kept at point where maximum view can be observed.
• Common space shall be (reception, restaurant ,multi purpose hall ,swimming
pool ,spa ,barbeque area etc.)
• Design should be interesting design approach at entrance.
• Villas ,luxury suits ,presidential suits are isolated form common areas .
• Common swimming pool should be provided in less visible zone(i.e.,
Semiprivate)from arrival zone.
• Rooms can be isolated but at last every room/villas should have easy
connection to the common space.
