WET KITCHEN DESIGN AND
DETAIL
I was given for the design of the
wet kitchen according to the plan.so
with reference to the plan I started
modeling and designing.

LEARNINGS:
• 20mm granite top is used in kitchen framed and supported by the 20mm
thick plywood with veneer finish.
• 150mm frame is provided in glass door.
• Height up to countertop =850mm countertop to upper cabinet=600mm and
the opening of the upper cabinet should not exceed 2100 from floor level.
• With of the countertop =500-600mm and width of upper cabinet=300mm.
• 75mm skirting is provided in the lower cabinet.
• Hanger should exceed 50-75mm from beam level.
• Window in the kitchen area provided above 900mm.
• Minimum width of pull out= 200mm.
• Power circuit for oven and for other electrical appliances are provide 1000
above the floor level.
• For fridge socket are provided at 300-350mm from floor level.
• Exhaust point at 2100mm from floor.
