Two documentaries/films ‘The Mecca of Science’ and ‘Tagore and his Science Connection’ were also produced in association with Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute, Kolkata.
Anusandhan Yatra
Three episodes were produced on leading institutes, namely CSIR-IGIB, CSIR-NPL, and CSIR-CRRI.
Vigyanika: Vigyan Kavi Sammelan
Six episodes on Vigyanika were produced, out of which four were shot in different locations with renowned poets. It is an attempt to promote science through poetry by organising Kavi Sammelans (Vigyanika) in different parts of the country.
Vigyan Ki Baat: Interview with eminent scientist/personality
The interview of the following scientists were shot and telecast on DD-Science In Hindi : Dr Shekhar C Mande, Dr Mrutyunjay Mohapatra, and Dr
Gagandeep Kang.
In English: Dr Erik Jacquemyn
(UNESCO Kalinga Awardee), Professor Rohini Godbole (Padma Shri), Dr Anurag Agarwal (Bhatnagar Awardee), Professor Vijay Bhatkar, and Prof. Philip Diamond (Astrophysicist).
All the interviews were telecast on DD-Science.

Special Programme on COVID-19
To address the pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2, VP started a daily bulletin on COVID-19 from last week of March 2020. The bulletin covers four news items related to the science of coronavirus and COVID-19. Besides regular bulletins, special interviews on COVID-19 by Dr Shekhar C. Mande, DG-CSIR, Dr Randeep Guleria Director AIIMS and Dr Nimish G Desai, Director, IHBAS were shot for DD Science and India Science.
