About 50% of the students do not have access to smartphones - hence they are left out in online teaching- learning. On the other hand, most of the students have access to television. VP may consider creating a way of producing teaching-learning materials for television.
To be included in the detailed plan report being prepared for the next five year of the channel. Inclusion of DTH (TV) to the project in addition to OTT has been suggested in the DPR, which is being prepared by professional organization – BECIL.

Vigyan Prasar should also produce the content in regional languages so that school children from various states can get the content in their language. This content may be shared to regional Kendra of Doordarshan and other channels.
IndiaScience’s popular programmes to be identified for dubbing in other Indian languages. VP to approach regional centres of Doordarshan and provide them with these dubbed programmes.
