The 2019 Royal Melbourne Show, held from
Saturday 21 September to Tuesday 1 October at Melbourne Showgrounds, will be like no other,with
an all new program of activities and pavilions on offer.
The Royal Melbourne Show is all new in 2019
For more than 160 years The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) has proudly presented the Royal Melbourne Show, Victoria’s largest and most iconic community event.
For sheer fun, discovery and excitement, the Royal Melbourne Show is a Victorian celebration like
no other. Held at Melbourne Showgrounds from Saturday, September 21 to Tuesday, October 1, there’s a huge variety of new, unique and memorable experiences to enjoy with family and friends.
As part of our on-going commitment to enhance the visitor experience at the Show, we have implemented a number of changes this year. We have an all-new layout with loads of new attractions, live entertainment, pavilions and food experiences, plus all the quintessential Show activities, such
as thousands of farm animals, wood-chopping, equestrienne, arts and craft, dog shows, showbags and three massive carnival precincts.
Visitors to the Kids’ Carnival, Family Adventure Carnival and the Coca-Cola Thrillseekers Carnival will never forget the thrills and excitement of the Show.
