VACC Auto Apprenticeships is the largest and most successful employer of automotive apprentices in Victoria and Tasmania.
We take the hassle out of hiring apprentices/trainees, as we match your business with high-quality candidates who have successfully met our strict selection criteria.
We look after:
• wages, including all leave entitlements
• ongoing mentoring and support throughout the apprenticeship period
• monitoring and organising TAFE training
• provision of apprentice toolkits
• training contract registration
• all other administration aspects.
Our trade qualified and experienced Field Managers regularly visit your workplace and TAFE, monitoring the progress of the apprentice, resolving any arisen issues and mediating where necessary.
