About this book
When the COVID-19 Pandemic hit, like many Americans I
was forced to stop working completely due to the
understandable restrictions placed to curtail the spread of
the deadly virus. I found myself, for the first time in my life,
unable to make a living. Luckily, I live in a country that
wasn't going to stand by and watch folks like me lose my
home and belongings, and the government created ways to
provide relief so that I could continue my life, what was left
of it anyway, without imminent gross personal hardship.

With the time afforded me, it was obvious that this might
be the only time I ever get to write the book I always
wanted to write. I sat down one day and started the outline
— and 14 hours later it was finished. After about a week
and a half of 12-18 hour days, I had a first draft. This, my
third draft is publishable, but I'm sure the book will remain
a work in progress for the rest of my life.

Although I need financial sustenance to live like anyone
else, I did not write this book to make money — I wrote it
to contribute something positive to the community of
human beings. If you found yourself with this book free of

The bottom line is that, in my life, I am only happy when
