Show and share là sự kiện được BMT FiCO tổ chức định kỳ 4 lần/năm. Đây là một sự kiện mà công

ty sẽ chọn ngẫu nhiên từng nhân viên để chia sẻ câu chuyện của mình dựa trên 4 thông điệp trong

giá trị cốt lõi của BMT FiCO là CARE (Customer - Centric, Accountable, Respecful, Energetic).

Qua buổi lễ này cũng là dịp để công ty đào tạo, rèn luyện cho nhân viên đạt 3 trong 1 là:

1. Kỹ năng thuyết trình trước đám đông.

2. Hiểu chuyển sâu về chủ đề thuyết trình.

3. Có khả năng truyền cảm hứng và gửi thông điệp cho người nghe.

Và cuối cùng sẽ cùng sẽ là buổi vinh danh tập thể cũng như cá nhân đạt thành tích cao trong quý.

Show and share is an event organized by BMT FiCO 4 times a year. This is an event where the company

will randomly select each employee to share their story based on 4 messages in BMT FiCO's core value,

CARE (Customer - Centric, Accountable, Respecful, Energetic). Through this ceremony is also an
opportunity for the company to train and train employees to achieve 3 in 1:

1. Public speaking skills.
2. Deep understanding of the topic of the presentation.

3. Ability to inspire and send messages to listeners.

And finally, there will be a ceremony to honor the collective as well as the individual with high

achievements in the quarter.
