Inform and educate residents in informal settlements on projects and services rendered by respective LVNWSB and WSPs.
Provide an effective means for receiving feedback from the residents.
Educate the public on advantages of formal services and the dangers of illegal water connections.
Sensitize on existing informal settlement programmes and the available social connection policy aimed at increasing access to water and sanitation services, and reduction in water borne diseases.
