Military Reunion Planners: Registration includes overnight accommodations Sat June 24-Mon June 26 and
group meals as well as participation in all conference events. Our Staff will make your accommodations
reservation for you. A room with two queen beds will be reserved for you unless specific ADA
accommodations are required. Hotel stays on Tues June 27 will be charged at a rate of $129 plus tax.

Suppliers: Registration includes participation for one organization representative in all conference events,
and an individual appointment schedule with planners requesting you. You must be registered at the host hotel
for access to the hospitality space. Please call Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport (502) 367-2251 for
reservations. A discounted rate of $129 plus tax is available if reservations are made before May 31, 2017
(The block includes rooms with two queen beds)
