Dear Sir:

I am writing this letter because I plan to expand my shoe factory with
the purpose of improving production and meeting the ever rising the man
in our city.

Since the project requires a sizable investment, I would like to ask you
for a loan $8,000.00 dollars to be paid in 28 months.

As a collateral security, I am offering the title and did of the factory,
as well the equipment in it, together work a total of $100,000.00
dollars, I have had credit with the Denver Equipment Company and with
the Industrial Bank, which has made possible for me to open my small
industry.

I would be very grateful if you would grant me this month, we hope to
receive an answer to our request as soon as possible, in order to continue
with our project.
