We are writing this letter as we are planning to add to our collection
new summer clothing to this season for men and women, as well sandals
for girls.

Therefore, our new collection needs $100,000.00 dollars to be paid in
24 months.

We offer as collateral guarantee for the money we require a piece of
land owned by the company located at Stone Ave. N°22 with a value of
$300,000.00 dollars. We want to mention that two years ago we had a loan
with the Doorman Bank and Hash Bank, we worked anteriorly together and
can give you good references.
