DENYING THE CREDIT

               If we remember that a business letter has the main objective:

               1.- to transmit a message
               2.- to create a good will

               It is obvious that denying the credit is not exactly a way of winning
               friends  for  our  company.  This  is  why  a  situation  such  as  this  is  so
               difficult, because even though we are denying someone credit, we should
               try to make a cash sail and those retain the friendship a good will of
               the client.
