This letter is very similar to an order. The objective is also similar.
To ask someone for a service, instructions, information, reservations,
interviews, cooperation, etc.
General Principles
1.- try to be specific and clear
2.- do not ask for information that you can get from a catalogue or
brochure.
3.- ask for only one thing in each letter.
