Medigap Plan Comparisons: This chart (pages 6-7) shows how much cost-sharing you have in various Medigap plans in
          Minnesota. Not included are payments for services that Medicare does not cover like routine dental and vision care and hearing aids.
          The Extended Basic Plan covers 120 days in a skilled nursing facility, whereas Medicare's coverage is for only 100 days.


          During the first six months that you have Part A and Part B, you can purchase a Medigap policy without answering questions
          about your health. But with some exceptions, after that initial six-month period is past, you will be medically underwritten when you
          buy a policy or upgrade from a less comprehensive to a more comprehensive plan.
