               Forest, VA 24551

               Dear Mr. Bosiger:

Your Medicare evaluation is enclosed. Since you plan to begin your Medicare coverage on
January 1, 2022, you can enroll in Parts A&B any time after October 1 and specify that you want
your coverage to begin on January 1.

You can enroll in Medicare Part B at the following link https://secure.ssa.gov/iClaim/rib or if
you have questions about how to enroll, you can contact Social Security at (800) 772-1213.
Because you are older than 65, you will be asked to provide documentation that you have had
health insurance from your employer since you turned 65 and that it included creditable Rx
               drug coverage.

You should receive your new Medicare card within about three weeks after you have
completed your application, and it should specify that your Part A and Part B coverage will
begin on January 1, 2022. Your Part B premiums will be deducted from your monthly Social
Security checks. And you will be enrolling in Part D when you enroll in an Advantage plan that
               includes Rx drug coverage.

Also, prior to enrolling in a plan it’s a good idea to take some time to review the benefit
summaries in the appendices and get answers to any questions you have about a plan’s
coverage and costs. Your enrollment will not go into effect until January, and so you can enroll
at any point in November and still have ample time to receive your enrollment card from the
               Advantage plan that you choose.

Because you do not have an employer retiree health plan to supplement Medicare, you can
enroll in either – 1) a Medicare Advantage plan that includes prescription drug benefits; 2) a
Medigap policy combined with a Part D stand-alone plan.

In your questionnaire, you indicated that you are interested only in Advantage plans, and so
your evaluation compares three Medicare Advantage plans. I also added one Medigap policy
(Plan N) to the comparisons so that you would have an idea of the tradeoffs between these two
               types of coverage.
