This residence located near the shores of Vallarta Jalisco is used as a vacation house, despite its location, the property doesn't have any unobstructed views to the ocean on the first floor, due to its next-door-neighbor house blocks it.
To this end, the roof of the house was planned as a terrace, providing the residence with perfect sceneries.
The first floor, designed as a semi-open space, is connected to the garden and swimming pool areas, through a wall of sliding doors.
It also integrates a study with a bathroom, intended to serve as a guest room if required.
On the second floor, all three bedrooms are connected through a rear balcony, providing more open space for viewing the ocean.
