EL MANANTIAL
GONZALEZ HOUSE
GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, MÉXICO
This residence was designed with a more traditional architectural language on the mind, utilizing sloping ceilings, red tiles, neutral colors, and squared shapes. Resulting in a well-organized sober layout.
The facade is partially divided by three large stone-lined walls, adding just enough, texture and color to balance the neutrality of the other smooth surface materials.
The distribution of the house was planned to ensure optimal convenience on the first floor, integrating all the essential areas such as the master bedroom, a prayer room, or a second laundry room due to the advanced age of the owners. The second floor, has two secondary bedrooms, a media room, and a study, all linked to an open terrace.
The basement contains all service-storage areas and a four-car parking space. The house integrates through a three-story staircase located in the middle of the property, providing convenient access to all areas.
