These houses were conceived to be for sale on small housing developments, the planning started from the premise of simplifying the construction process, to this end, a simple master layout was set for all houses.
The main idea of the project revolved around providing the same generous areas as a bigger residence would have, without reducing the number or quality of the spaces.
The result was the placement of three same size-hierarchy bedrooms.
Providing this equality among all private areas, allowed two bigger bedrooms to be fitted on the second floor, and a third one to be placed in the middle section of the third floor, creating two open roof terraces, one on each end of the property.
The first-floor is structured almost like a free plant, providing the flexibility to build an extra studio room, just by adding a door and a wall in a pre-planned position on the back corner.
This flexibility is complemented by a generous inside height, providing a higher construction quality feel.
