The main upper volume of this project integrates windows and skylights into the main facade.
A high vertical element was embedded on the second floor to serve as structural support for the front upper part of the house.
The main entrance, situated in the center of the project, creates a small hallway subdividing the distribution, which provides easy access to all areas on the first floor.
The living room is separated from the kitchen and dining areas by the customer's request, generating a more enclosed and cozy sensation for the public zone of the house.
A large study with a bathroom was located in the front part of the property to be used as a guest bedroom if required.
The second floor is arranged around the skylight covered staircase, which includes a facility closet and three bedrooms and bathrooms.
