The flat topography of the lots on this area doesn't provide any views apart from the other neighbor's houses, to this end, windows were mostly limited to a non-translucent glass, allowing plenty of natural light to come in, but blocking the visibility inwards at the same time.
The owner wanted to homologate the construction cost for these houses, which were built on the same block a few meters apart from each other, but he didn't want them to look identical, so the interior layout is the same but the facades are completely different.
