Polaris Junction Luxury Loft Apartments
As part of the Bass Pro area development, there is a new apartment project under construction. Polaris Junction Apartments will be a multi-family residential facility with a total of 301 rental units. This large-scale apartment complex is located at the southwest corner of Polaris Pointe at 12375 Bowen Blu . In the immediate area within walking distance are a several retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues to include a new Top Golf Center currently under construction and soon to open. This sports facility will have 74 climate-controlled outdoor hitting bays, chef-driven menu items, drinks, music and year-around programming. Vasquero’s Mexican Restaurant
In north Colorado Springs, directly south and across the parking lot from Bass Pro Shop there will be a new Mexican restaurant opening soon. The former 7,800 square foot C B Potts Restaurant has gone out of business and Vasquero’s is doing a complete remodel at this location and plans to open within the next two months. They already have one store located at 9605 Prominent Point; however, their plan is to sublease their rst location and concentrate on making this new store a complete success. The owners believe this to be a preferred location since the entire area is exploding with growth. Their menu has 23 di erent items just in the seafood section. Lolley’s Ice Cream Shop
The historic downtown of Monument has a new sweet shop. In the heart of the Art District at 175 Second Street, Lolley’s Ice Cream Shop serves homemade ice cream, gluten free ice cream, and they o er pints and quarts of avored ice cream to go. They also have a great selection of sweet treats from their bakery. To nd out more, here is their website: www.lolleys.com This is a quaint little shop which is a converted small cottage.
