RidgeGate Station
There will be another mixed-use development at the end-of-the-line at the new RidgeGate Rail Station. It will feature multi-family residential units and houses, commercial and o ce space, hotel and civic amenities. The Rail Station has a 1300 car Park-n-Ride and bus transfer facility. Currently under construction is a paved bike/walking bike path which originates at a new parking lot just south of the Rail Station and Schweiger Ranch. This path will eventually connect to the residential communities being built east of the I-25 highway and access Rueter-Hess Recreation Site and Reservoir. Lone Tree has acquired nearly 400 acres of open space for public use and building of future parks and recreation facilities.

Kiewit Regional Headquarters
Kiewit is a large construction, engineering, and mining
company. It will have their new regional headquarters
in Lone Tree, located just north of the Sky Ridge Rail
Station. The project is well underway with Phase I
structure under construction. It will be built in two phases. The structures will include two high- rise buildings with a parking garage. One building will be 5 stories, and second building will have 4 stories. The campus will house approximately 1,150 employees and the campus will feature a pedestrian spine and will include a cafeteria and co ee shop near the light rail platform, both will be open to the public. In 2017, Kiewit Corporation did $8.7 billion in revenue. It is one of the largest construction companies in the U.S. and is privately held. Planners have designed their campus to allow for future growth and development.
Town of Centennial -
Schnitzer West
Already under development is the Westray commercial o ce building. Once completed, there will be a total of three 16-story Class A o ce towers at 6363 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in Centennial. These structures are very visible to those traveling along the I-25 corridor in the Denver Tech Center. Westray towers will have a variety of amenities for tenants to include a signature great room, a conference and training center, tness center with high-end locker rooms, dedicated on-site concierge, co ee bar and grab-and-go food service facility. Schnitzer West is one of the West Coast’s fastest growing real estate investment, development and property management companies in the U.S. They see Denver as a major hub to attract future companies to the Denver Tech Center and they want to o er exceptional o ce space for leasing to large and small rms.
