The Station on Wilcox:
Local business partners have recently purchased and combined
two iconic buildings in Castle Rock, the Old Gas Station and
the Historic Fire Station. In this newly renovated space they are
creating an innovative exible workspace and hang out venue to
attract entrepreneurs and emerging companies to Castle Rock.
According to the developers of this property, “with a tip of the hat to
the historic downtown, and a push forward into the modern Castle
Rock, we are accelerating our town into the concept of making
Castle Rock the #siliconrock and hot bed for startup activity. With anchor tenants SmarterChaos.com, SheIsMedia, and DealTaker, the stage is set for dynamic businesses to occupy this new space. The Station on Wilcox will be a co-working space renting o ces for a exible work/life balance. There are currently 10 individual o ces, and 20 co- working spots available. Depending on square footage and location within the building, o ce spaces and co-working spots will be charged separate rates on a monthly basis. Many of the o ces have great views of the mountains and Wilcox Street. Tenants will have access to o ce space, conference rooms, kitchen, a meeting/classroom venue and mail service. It’s located next to a Biergarten, a candy shop, and ice cream shop, the beautiful Festival Park, and only a block from the Plum Creek bike and walking trails. This is lifestyle and living at its best! See ad on page 19.
