The Learning Experience:
A site plan has been submitted for a 10,000 square foot, single-story daycare center at 3311 Meadows Boulevard. The plan is to have an outdoor play area which will be fences and located in the rear portion of the site. The lot will be subdivided into two lots. The daycare center will be located on the lot nearest the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The Developer is Aspirant Development LLC. This site will provide two points of access with no roadways. Once complete, the surrounding neighborhoods will have a close and convenient daycare for families. The design of the building will t into the existing architectural landscape of existing commercial and residential structures in this area of the Meadows.
Provisions Cocktail Bar:
Very soon, Castle Rock will be getting a new watering hole and swanky place for
residents and visitors to hang out. Construction is 80 percent complete and the
owners plan to open in early January 2021. The concept of Provisions is to bring an
upscale craft cocktail experience and speakeasy room to downtown Castle Rock.
Located on the historic 300 Block of Wilcox, the purveyors of Provisions plan to
bring an elegant and intimate space to relax, enjoy and drink, listen to friends and co-workers, and create memories for customers. Once opened, this restaurant will employ 11-50 employees and have a positive economic impact for Castle Rock.
Scheels Colorado Springs:

grand opening on March 27, 2021. Before this huge
store opens to the public, they are currently hiring
hundreds of full and part-time positions. Part-time
pay ranges between $13-$18 per hour. This mega
store will be 220,000 square feet of retail space with
several unique indoor attractions which include a
full-size indoor Ferris wheel, a huge 16,000 gallon
salt water aquarium, in-store café, talking statues, Fezziwig’s Candy, and interactive games located throughout the store. Scheels will have 80 specialty shops so customers can nd premium gear for their favorite sports and outdoor adventures. Scheels’ rst Colorado store is located at the I-25 and Highway 34 exit, just East of Loveland. It is identical to the store which is soon to open in Colorado Springs. They will have lots of promotional items on sale during their grand opening!
